We are required to collect 6% state and 5% county tax on all rentals less than 30 days.

$140.00 per night (plus tax)

$ 85.00 cleaning fee

$ 50.00 pet fee - up to 2 dogs, small-medium in size

10% discount for 6 + day rentals.

50% down at booking. Once we receive the down payment, we will block off the dates.

Balance due 60 days before reservation.
